Emily Watkins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Addiction Counselor (ADDC) dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing, growth, and recovery. With a warm, nonjudgmental approach, Emily brings years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment, helping clients navigate life’s most difficult challenges with compassion and practical support. She works with adults and adolescents facing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, trauma, and complex life transitions. Committed to meeting each person where they are, she honors their unique strengths and works collaboratively to develop personalized strategies for lasting change. Emily’s clinical practice incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, as well as holistic approaches that consider the whole person and their environment.
