As an 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and a Health At Every Size (HAES) advocate, Katie welcomes clients of all body types and identities.
Katie draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brainspotting, to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
