Karrie brings more than two decades of hands-on healthcare billing and accounts receivable experience.
Her background includes third-party claim submission and follow-up, denial and rejection resolution, payment and adjustment posting, EOB and remittance review, account reconciliation, aging AR follow-up, billing research, and financial account resolution.
Her experience working directly with outstanding claims and unpaid balances gives Therassistant an important operational perspective: finding out why revenue has not been collected and what needs to happen to move it forward.

Her work supports the detailed operational processes that keep a revenue cycle moving, including billing support, account follow-up, administrative workflows, organization, and practice support.

KRYSTIN BUTLER
Krystin brings approximately two decades of healthcare revenue cycle and operations experience, with a strong focus on behavioral health billing, credentialing, payer enrollment, coding, compliance, reimbursement, and process improvement.
Her experience spans the full revenue cycle and revenue cycle leadership.
Krystin founded Therassistant to give independent providers access to experienced revenue cycle and operational support without requiring them to build a large administrative department of their own.
